If you cancel for any reason within two weeks of your party, your $50 deposit is non-refundable. We will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie entirely with the client. **Allergic Reactions: Party with a Fairy Tale Princess is not responsible for allergic reactions from our: Costumes, Face Paint, Make up, Nail Polish, Glitter Spray, Gems, Decal Tattoos or latex from our Balloon Sculptures, Glue or Adhesives from our crafts. Food allergies to sugar from Cotton Candy, Children must be supervised by an adult while consuming food products, and with balloon sculptures we are not responsible for choking from cotton candy sticks, craft pieces, gems, or balloons. **Supervision: Parents will assume complete responsibility to advise us of any pre-exisiting medical conditions, and are expected to monitor their child's actions during our performances. It is the responsibility of the client, guest and/or guests' parent or guardian to supervise their child's behavior during all activities and entertainment. **Harassment: Your party may be canceled if any form of harassment (verbal or physical) should occur. **Lateness/Time Changes: Our parties are based on a schedule and it is very important that we begin your party ON TIME, we can not wait for additional guests to arrive or return at a later time, start and end times will be based on your event confirmation agreement. Although we do not anticipate tardiness from our end, if we are running late by more than 15 minutes due to conditions beyond our control, i.e., traffic, weather conditions, illness, etc - you will be notified of the delay. |
